i was just starting the server when suddenly it shut me out to windows
i found this , This is last part of a text : 08/12/10 13:06:57 Banned player from IP 201.58.15.243 attempted to join and was rejected.

thats called 'flooding'. http://www.embattl3d.com/photo/themostevil/10-0-14 OLDSCHOOL or TERRAE n CLASSICS servers are protected. u no why.

I guess some1 dislikes beeing banned. well if he is trying to flood then he is banded for a good reason, Guess what... this IP is in Credo's(Solo) IP range. lol. he does have flood. 1st attack from him on E servers. I knew it was only a matter of time.

I was trying to understand Kaspersky 2010 firewall options, where n how can i add this ip´s
... i have many questions ...

I do not have this program, but I think it is posible to ban IP's with it so I will try to help you.
you can also watch how it is done in this a short video or use adress: http://support.kaspersky.com/kis2010/firewall?qid=208280579
Press on attachment below and you will get bigger picture
 *open the main application window
*in the right upper corner click Settings
*in the Protection section select the Firewall component
*make sure that the Firewall component is enabled (the Enable Firewall box is checked)
*click the Settings button
*in the Firewall window in the Filtering rules tab select the required program (LOS Vietnam)
*click the Add link
*in the Network rule window in the Action section select:
o Block
*Check the Log events, if you want to log actions performed according to the rule (so you will be always able to see if he trayed to flood you)
*in the Network service section select the service: DNS over UDP
*in the Address section select one of the following:
o Addresses from group. You want to create a new group. In order to do this, click the Add link in the lower part of the section and in the Network addresses window that will open specify the addresses.( I am not sure if this is that "CIDR" address (it converts long ranges to 1 line. I converted whole Credo's IP range for you so it should be ok) or not but I think it is so type:
86.128.0.0/13 *click the OK button in the Network rule window
*the created rule appears in the Filtering rules tab in the Firewall window
*click the OK button in the Firewall window
*in the Settings window click the OK button
*close the main application window. let me know how it goes.. I would like to test it with you. note that this might be wrong... this is 1st time Im facing this program.

ok, seems you have created new Network service with a name LOSV. it has udp ports, dirrection. then you have created many Groups with flooders IP's and blocked them. it is complicated. but makes sence. I hope it works. btw by removing 13242 UDP port from "LOSV" Network service you could make your server visible to those floders. but at the same time your server would be completely safe. I would like to test it later as well unless you are sure it is working.

OK I can conclude that from now on Credo (Solo) is banned with an Advanced Ban from Roca's server. So *RED.DAWN* server is safe, protected from flood.  Well done m8. You basically did it on your own. Reputation increased!

We have MBL to protect ourselves from crashers. 
We use Advanced Bans to protect ourselves from flooders.  Basically we are winning the fight!
